Salesforce ArchitectWork ModelBased on this role's business requirements,
this is an onsite position requiring 5 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Washington - DC.
Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future. Key Responsibilities• Lead architecture and design of Salesforce FSC solutions for wealth management, retail banking, lending, and customer onboarding.
• Define scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Drive implementation of FSC capabilities including Household Management, Financial Accounts, Referrals, Interaction Summaries, and Action Plans.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.
• Establish integration architecture with core banking and third-party systems.
• Provide technical governance, best practices, and solution reviews.
Required Qualifications• Salesforce FSC expertise with multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and integrations.
• Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Integration Patterns.
• Financial Services and Banking domain knowledge.
• Salesforce Architect certifications preferred.
Pay TransparencyThe annual salary range for this role is
$145,000 - $185,000 USD, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
This position is also eligible for a comprehensive benefits package.
