Position Description:
You will work closely with clients and CGI delivery teams while providing technical leadership across complex implementations.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
• Partner with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into well architected Salesforce solutions
• Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce architectures aligned with platform best practices and industry standards
• Architect and configure Salesforce features including custom objects, flows, validation rules, security models, and declarative automation
• Design and oversee advanced customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and APIs
• Design and guide Salesforce integrations using web services, middleware, and third party platforms
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
• Ensure data integrity, platform security, scalability, and performance across Salesforce environments
• Contribute to solution planning, effort estimation, and risk management
• Stay current on Salesforce releases and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• Overall 12+ years of experience with 5+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture with a proven track record of successful enterprise implementations
• Deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Marketing Cloud/Mulesoft/Finance services cloud
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce configuration
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security, and sharing models
• Hands on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and APIs
• Salesforce Architect certifications (Application Architect and/or System Architect) strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast paced consulting environment
CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors including but not limited to skill set level, geographic market, experience and training, and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $115,000 - $165,000. This role is a future vacancy.
