Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Application Developer to join one of our top clients for an onsite opportunity in Lake Mary, FL. This role will support the ongoing maintenance and operations of Salesforce platforms, with a focus on system performance, integrations, user interface components, and application stability. The position will work within a dynamic environment focused on delivering high-quality Salesforce solutions for a government-related project.

Key Responsibilities
• Support ongoing maintenance and operational activities for the Salesforce Self Service Portal.
• Maintain application stability, system performance, and availability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot Salesforce application issues impacting system performance and user experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner.
• Develop, enhance, and support solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Salesforce platform capabilities.
• Support Salesforce integrations and troubleshoot integration-related issues.
• Support Community Cloud / Experience Cloud functionality, customizations, and configurations.
• Perform Salesforce application customizations and configurations based on project requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to identify and resolve application and integration issues.
• Support ongoing improvements to Salesforce platform functionality and user experience.
• Contribute to maintaining reliable and high-quality Salesforce solutions within the project environment.
