What will your typical day look like?The Alliance Operations & PMO Lead plays a critical role within the Global Growth Platforms organization, supporting the Chief Commercial Officer's integrated go-to-market team. This role serves as a trusted operational advisor, driving alliance operations, strategic initiatives, project management, sales excellence reporting, stakeholder engagement, and executive communications to help achieve the long-term growth objectives of Deloitte's Global Priority Alliances.
Reporting to the Global Alliance Leader, the successful candidate will operate in a highly matrixed, global environment and provide support and coordination across alliance teams, regional stakeholders, alliance partners, marketers, and sales leaders to execute strategic priorities and enable business growth.
Alliance Operations & Strategic Execution- Coordinate and lead the operational management of a global alliance, ensuring financials, governance, planning and contractual obligations are effectively executed to support business growth and strategic priorities.
PMO & Business Performance Management- Drive project execution, operational excellence, and sales performance management by leading key initiatives, governance processes, KPI tracking, analysis and reporting, and continuous process improvement.
Executive Stakeholder & Relationship Management- Serve as a trusted advisor to alliance leadership, fostering collaboration across global and regional stakeholders, facilitating alignment and issue resolution, and influencing outcomes within a complex matrixed organization.
Executive Communications & Capability Development- Develop executive-level insights, presentations, and business communications while promoting leading practices, knowledge sharing, and capability development across the alliance ecosystem.

Enough about us, let's talk about youQualificationsDo you possess the following?:- Bachelor's degree with ~5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, business management, PMO, alliance management, consulting, or similar functions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical, research, reporting, and presentation development capabilities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Strong business acumen with a passion for operational excellence and business impact.
Preferred- Experience supporting alliance, ecosystem, vendor, or partner management programs.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Ability to navigate complex, highly matrixed organizations.
- Strategic mindset with strong execution discipline.
- Experience supporting executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, including executive presentation development.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, performance reporting, and business planning processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Access, or similar project and reporting tools.
Total RewardsThe salary range for this position is $85,000 - $156,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
