Role Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Salesforce professional to serve as an Agentforce Solution Architect. This role involves designing and building AI agents on the Agentforce platform for critical sales use cases, leveraging expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Data Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and build Agentforce agents, including topics, instructions, actions, and guardrails.
- Develop supporting automation using Flow and Apex within Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Configure Data Cloud for ingestion, calculated insights, and triggers to enable proactive agent actions.
- Integrate Agentforce with other systems via APIs to ensure seamless data flow and functionality.
- Test, tune, and deploy AI agents, providing support for live demonstrations and client workshops.
Required Skills:- Strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce professional, specifically with Agentforce.
- Proficiency in designing and building AI agents on the Agentforce platform.
- Expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including Flow and Apex development.
- Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud configuration, including data ingestion, calculated insights, and triggers.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs.

Qualifications:- 10-14 years of relevant experience.
- Certifications: Agentforce Specialist.
