Responsibilities:
• Lead net-new Salesforce org standup including security model, profiles, permission sets, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and workflow automation.
• Execute data migration from seller's shared Salesforce org, including standard CRM objects (Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Activities) and non-standard objects from Salesforce-native managed packages (ServiceMax, Conga, DemandBase).
• Coordinate with Dell Boomi integration team to establish real-time and batch integrations between Salesforce and Oracle EBS R12 (order-to-cash, billing, customer master sync).
• Deploy and configure ServiceMax managed package in the new org, ensuring installed base records, work orders, service contracts, and entitlements are fully operational for Lifecycle Support Services.
• Rebuild Conga document generation templates for quotes, contracts, and proposals.
• Define and execute user acceptance testing with Sales, LSS, and Customer Experience stakeholders.
• Serve as primary Salesforce platform owner across the consolidated enterprise (approximately 300-500 users).
• Manage user provisioning, deprovisioning, role hierarchy, and security model.
• Administer Salesforce releases, sandbox management, and change control processes.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics for Sales, LSS, and executive leadership.
• Partner with the Salesforce Developer on custom development, Apex triggers, and Lightning component enhancements.
• Manage vendor relationships with Salesforce and managed package providers.
• Support future Salesforce CPQ evaluation and potential deployment.

• Proficiency with data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataflow, or third-party ETL tools).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and multi-business-unit configurations.

• Experience in manufacturing, warehouse automation, or industrial services environments.
• Prior experience in M&A, carve-out, or TSA exit Salesforce migration.
