Senior Salesforce AdministratorThe OpportunityCoreVest is looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to take ownership of the day-to-day performance, reliability, security, and continued evolution of our Salesforce platform.
Salesforce plays an important role in supporting CoreVest's lending operations. In this position, you will help ensure the platform remains dependable, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business. You will lead complex declarative configuration and automation, protect data quality, govern user access, manage operational support, and prepare the platform for successful releases.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, Product, Technology, Security, Data, developers, architects, vendors, and integration teams to translate business needs into practical, maintainable Salesforce solutions. You will also help determine when a request can be addressed through platform configuration and when it requires custom development or broader architectural support.
This role is well suited for an administrator who enjoys solving complex problems, improving how users work, and bringing structure and discipline to a business-critical platform in a regulated lending environment.
What You'll DoOwn Platform Health and Reliability- Take ownership of the operational health of Salesforce production and non-production environments.
- Manage users, permissions, licenses, storage, scheduled and asynchronous jobs, platform limits, and environment readiness.
- Monitor failed Flows, integration errors, job failures, Salesforce updates, and recurring support issues.
- Coordinate timely remediation and escalation based on business impact, urgency, and risk.
- Lead incident triage and root-cause analysis for complex platform issues.
- Document corrective and preventive actions and communicate status clearly to affected users and stakeholders.
- Maintain an actionable administrative and technical-debt backlog, balancing service commitments, risk, user impact, dependencies, and approved product priorities.
- Evaluate Salesforce seasonal releases and critical updates, coordinate impact assessments and testing, and recommend changes needed to maintain platform stability and compliance.
Deliver Scalable Salesforce Solutions- Translate business needs into well-designed, maintainable Salesforce enhancements.
- Lead complex declarative configuration and automation using Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Assess requests to determine whether they should be addressed through configuration, automation, custom development, integration work, or architectural support.
- Partner with Product, Technology, developers, architects, and vendors to deliver solutions that are scalable and aligned with broader platform standards.
- Balance immediate business needs with long-term platform performance, maintainability, and technical health.
Strengthen Security, Access, and Data Quality- Govern user access and platform permissions in coordination with Security and business leaders.
- Support reliable, accurate, and well-controlled data across Salesforce-supported processes.
- Identify data-quality issues, control gaps, and recurring operational risks, and coordinate appropriate remediation.
- Maintain documentation and evidence required to support internal controls, audits, and regulatory expectations.
Support Releases and Change Management- Coordinate configuration changes, testing, approvals, deployment readiness, and post-release validation.
- Maintain disciplined documentation and change-control practices across production and non-production environments.
- Partner with business users and delivery teams to evaluate impacts, prepare users, and support successful adoption.
- Ensure new functionality is tested, supportable, and aligned with established security and governance standards.
Improve the User Experience- Serve as a trusted Salesforce resource for users and business stakeholders.
- Help users adopt dependable solutions that simplify work and improve business processes.
- Analyze support patterns and user feedback to identify opportunities for automation, training, and platform improvement.
- Communicate technical issues and solution options in clear, practical business terms.
