The Sales Training Coordinator supports the coordination and administration of clinical and sales training programs for our Vascular Therapies business. Based at our Arbor Lakes, Minnesota, location, this role helps create a seamless learning experience for our sales organization by coordinating training programs, managing logistics and systems, supporting new-hire onboarding, and maintaining training materials and records.

In this role, you will partner closely with Sales Training, Clinical Training, Sales Operations and other cross-functional teams to ensure programs are organized, compliant and executed effectively. This opportunity is well suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys managing multiple priorities and supporting learning experiences that help our teams develop the knowledge and skills needed to serve customers and patients.

Work model, sponsorship, relocation:

At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This is an on-site role based at our Arbor Lakes, Minnesota, location, requiring employees to work from the local office. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Partner with the Director, Sales Training, sales training team and other stakeholders to coordinate and execute clinical and sales training programs, including divisional sales trainings, national sales meetings, regional meetings and other training events.
  • Manage the training calendar and program demand planning to ensure sufficient capacity, maintaining a rolling six- to 12-month training schedule.
  • Set up and administer sales training events, including schedules, prerequisites, prework, classrooms, hotel logistics, transportation assignments and guest instructors.
  • Coordinate on-site and off-site program logistics, including room setup and breakdown, audiovisual equipment, computers, system access, training materials, catering, name tents, rosters and sign-in sheets.
  • Provide day-of-program support to facilitators and participants, proactively addressing logistical and administrative needs.
  • Support virtual training programs, including virtual setup, participant coordination and completion tracking.
  • Coordinate and streamline the new-hire training process by supporting and administering onboarding activities.
  • Manage onboarding communications with Sales Training and Sales Operations for new hires, terminations and transfers, and maintain onboarding materials and processes to ensure administrative requirements are completed.
  • Maintain records of pre-onboarding assessments, training requirements, certification pathways and post-training surveys.
  • Coordinate the setup, administration and implementation of clinical and sales training programs.
  • Partner with the Director, Sales Training, on department initiatives, special projects and product-related training activities.
  • Maintain sales training materials and coordinate updates to help ensure content remains current and accessible.
  • Coordinate with appropriate stakeholders to help ensure meeting and training materials meet applicable legal and compliance requirements.
  • Track training completion and compliance, including quiz scores and e-learning requirements.
  • Administer performance measurement tools and collect feedback following sales training programs and meetings.
  • Maintain accurate training records, documentation and program data to support reporting and continuous improvement.


Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in training coordination, program administration, event coordination, sales support, administrative support or a related role.
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating meetings, training programs or events involving multiple stakeholders and logistical requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and program schedules.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and organizational levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work on-site at the Arbor Lakes, Minnesota, location and provide hands-on logistical support for training programs and meetings.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, human resources, education or a related field.
  • Experience supporting sales training, clinical training, learning and development, or onboarding programs.
  • Experience working in medical devices, health care or another regulated industry.
  • Experience using a learning management system (LMS) or similar training administration platform.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale meetings, national sales meetings or multi-day training programs.
  • Familiarity with virtual learning platforms and e-learning administration.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify process improvements and create efficient, consistent administrative workflows.

Compensation will be commensurate with demonstrable level of experience and training, pertinent education including licensure and certifications, among other relevant business or organizational needs. At BSC, it is not typical for an individual to be hired near the bottom or top of the anticipated salary range listed above.

Compensation for non-exempt (hourly), non-sales roles may also include variable compensation from time to time (e.g., any overtime and shift differential) and annual bonus target (subject to plan eligibility and other requirements).
