Full Job Description
Care Synergy is looking for an engaging and creative Sales Trainer. This is an opportunity to do more than deliver training, you'll design learning experiences, coach sales professionals in the field, collaborate with leaders across the organization, and directly influence the capabilities of teams that drive our growth. Location: Denver, CO

Status: Full-time

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Annual Salary: $75,961-$85,883

Rewarding Work You Will Do:

  • Designs and delivers impactful sales training for individuals, small groups, and large audiences across the enterprise.
  • Creates engaging, modern learning experiences using classroom instruction, virtual learning, video, simulations, role plays, games, shadowing, and field ride-alongs.
  • Coaches sales professionals in the field, providing real-time observation, feedback, and development.
  • Partners with leaders and subject-matter experts to translate business and growth strategies into practical training programs.
  • Assesses learning needs and use data and feedback to continuously improve curriculum and training effectiveness.
  • Builds and manages training calendars for Business Development trainees.
  • Leads training projects from concept through completion, keeping deliverables on scope and on schedule.
  • Stays current on sales, marketing, adult-learning, and training best practices.
  • Supports compliance with internal processes and external regulatory requirements.
  • Serves as a super-user for our EMR and CRM systems.
  • Travels to Care Synergy affiliates as needed to provide in-person training and field coaching.
