You do not need previous sales experience. We provide training, coaching, and support. What you do need is a strong work ethic, confidence when speaking with people, and the desire to improve every day.

What You'll Do

• Speak with property managers, maintenance professionals, and business clients across the country
• Build relationships and identify client needs
• Present commercial gutter cleaning and dryer vent cleaning services
• Follow up on quotes and opportunities
• Maintain accurate notes and activity records in our CRM system
• Work toward daily and weekly performance goals

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills
• Positive, professional attitude
• Ability to stay organized and follow through
• Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Coachable and willing to learn
• Previous customer service, hospitality, call center, or sales experience is helpful but not required

What We Offer
$25/hour base pay
Uncapped commission structure
On-target earnings up to $120,000 annually
Warm leads only (no cold calling)
Paid training
Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Clearwater, Florida.
