Job Description

The Sales Technology Excellence and Enablement Specialist will act as a crucial link between our commercial teams and the Sales Enablement and Effectiveness (SEE) Team. This role involves collaborating with commercial associates and leaders to understand their commercial processes and business requirements for CRM, CPQ, CLM and other commercial technologies. Responsibilities include Salesforce delegated admin tasks and master data governance, as well as supporting end users with inquiries and providing knowledge on effective tool usage in their daily work.

Additionally, the Sales Technology Excellence and Enablement Specialist will work closely with the North America Salesforce (SFDC) Delegated Admin (DA) and SEE Team to understand and support upgrades/updates and assist with change management efforts. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality (SFDC) and its integration with other technologies, including Power BI, CLM/CPQ, and Marketo.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as a SFDC liaison between the Sales Enablement & Effectiveness Team and the commercial teams (sales, marketing, clinical).
  • Govern and manage Salesforce.com master data to ensure seamless integration into opportunity management, quoting, reporting and analytics.
  • Manage user configuration and permission sets, maintain documentation and govern the Canada territory models to support on and offboarding setup and changes.
  • Conduct regular system audits & performance reviews ensuring data integrity across all related systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and work closely with IT and support teams to review and resolve them in a timely manner. Track and monitor case inquiries, analyze and report on inquiry metrics.
  • Develop insightful customized visualizations using standard (SFDC) and advanced (Power BI) reporting tools such as dashboards, charts, graphs tailored to the business requirements.
  • Create and monitor dashboards to assess opportunity health and key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales enablement and effectiveness.
  • Work within an agile framework to create user stories to outline business requirements, support and coordinate testing, training, and global feature enhancements. Participate in the North America Delegate Administrator Team to stay connected to issues, enhancements, and learnings from other regions and share with local SEE Team.
  • Collaborate closely with other IT, business process, and commercial teams during implementation projects where integration between different systems may exist.
  • Provide regular updates on SFDC utilization, adoption and support metrics to help drive continuous improvement through the SEE Team.
  • Support comprehensive training and documentation creation to elevate user proficiency and SFDC standards, sharing best practice, key features, and tips & tricks in partnership with the Sales Effectiveness objectives and priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization ranging, from business users to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing Team to support and monitor performance associated to digital marketing campaigns and other Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL).
  • Support other SEE projects and initiatives locally and with global stakeholders (as required).


Education and Experience required:
  • University Degree.
  • Minimum 4 years of advanced Salesforce.com and/or Salesforce CRM Administrator experience, combined with at least 2 years of sales analytics and data management experience, including hands-on development of dashboards and reports using Salesforce and Power BI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office suite with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
  • This role may require approximately 10% travel to attend conferences, training sessions, sales meetings, and other business-related events throughout Canada and the United States.

  • Basic proficiency in Sales Process methodologies and practices.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with various stakeholders and to support training and inquiry management.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
  • Strong Data Management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and generate meaningful insights.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Basic level of Business Acumen, with the ability to comprehend and align operations with business goals.
  • Basic level of Financial Acumen to facilitate informed decision-making.

Salary ranges have been implemented to reward associates fairly and competitively, as well as to support recognition of associates' progress, ranging from entry level to experts in their field, and talent mobility. There are many factors that contribute to the range displayed. The range displayed is comprised of wages, which includes base salary and commission, as well as certain components of our bonus programs. The salary offered to a successful candidate may vary based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, education, skills, qualifications, and work location.

Salary Range Information: $69000-$119000
