  • Support initiatives for continuous improvement and sales efficiency.
  • Leverage AI tools to automate tasks and improve productivity.

Are you passionate about supporting sales teams, solving customer challenges, and keeping operations running smoothly? Join our Industrial Automation team and play a key role in helping OEM customers across Eastern Canada succeed.

In this fast-paced position, you'll collaborate with sales, customer service, logistics, and product teams while leveraging innovative technologies, including AI tools, to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive business growth

What will you do?

  • Support OEM Sales Representatives with daily administrative and sales support activities.
  • Manage customer follow-ups, quotations, opportunities, and order-related requests.
  • Coordinate actions with Customer Care Center (CCC), Customer Service, Logistics, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams.
  • Escalate and track delivery, service, and customer issues through resolution.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, opportunities, forecasts, and customer records.
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and business reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and sales process efficiency.
  • Leverage Artificial Intelligence tools to automate tasks, improve reporting, and increase productivity.


What qualifications will make you successful?

  • College diploma or university degree in Business, Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Commercial Operations.
  • Experience in Industrial Automation, OEMs, Machine Builders, or Industrial Distribution preferred.
  • Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Digital fluency, including comfort leveraging AI-enabled tools and technologies.
  • Functional knowledge of English and French is required. Must be able to work with stakeholders located in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and internationally.

The expected pay range is CAD 102,850 - CAD 145,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
