This role will be based in San Francisco, Sunnyvale, New York or Chicago.

The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.

The Sales Strategy & Operations team sits at the core of LinkedIn Talent Solutions, partnering with a variety of cross-functional teams (sales, business operations, finance, marketing, product, etc.) to help crack the most important strategic and operational problems facing the Talent Solutions business.

In this role, you will join the NAMER Performance & Innovation team, helping drive both business performance insights and operational innovation across the Talent Solutions organization. You will partner with sales leaders to understand business trends, identify opportunities, and deliver data-driven recommendations that inform key decisions. You will also help shape how work gets done by leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and accelerate business impact.

Responsibilities
  • Act as an advisor to sales leaders and cross-functional partners by delivering data-driven recommendations to help optimize the Talent Solutions business and achieve its strategic priorities.
  • Lead automation and process improvement initiatives by leveraging AI, workflow automation, and other technology solutions to increase team efficiency, effectiveness, and impact.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and translate business needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions that improve productivity and business outcomes.
  • Prototype, implement, and scale AI-enabled tools, automations, and new ways of working, incorporating stakeholder feedback, measuring impact, and driving adoption across the organization.
  • Support development of analytics, insights, and executive-ready content for Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), strategy reviews, offsites, and other leadership forums.
  • Analyze business performance, identify trends and root causes, and help translate findings into actionable recommendations for leaders and stakeholders.
  • Partner with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, and cross-functional stakeholders to frame business questions, develop analytical approaches, and execute complex analyses


Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Computer Science, Economics, Analytics, Business, Engineering or other quantitative fields
  • 2+ years' experience in a strategic or analytical role, including Consulting, Finance, Business Operations, Sales Operations, or other similar
  • 1+ years' experience using data analysis/modeling (Excel, SQL) to make data-driven business recommendations.
  • Experience applying AI and automation to solve business problems or improve processes in a professional setting


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven track record of leading strategic and operational cross-functional initiatives in a high-growth, performance-focused environment
  • Experience designing, implementing, or scaling workflow automations, productivity solutions, or AI-enabled tools in a professional setting
  • Experience with SQL, BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), workflow automation platforms, AI productivity solutions, and technologies such as Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Python, prompt engineering, or similar tools
  • Strong curiosity for emerging technologies and a track record of rapidly learning and applying new tools to drive business impact
  • Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to structure complex problems, navigate challenging data sets, develop solutions, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, including experience creating executive-ready presentations and influencing senior leaders.

The pay range for this role is [$89,000-$145,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
