Full Job Description
We're looking for a true hunter who knows how to break into new accounts, build pipeline quickly, and convert it into revenue. This role is focused on IT staffing within network and infrastructure environments, so experience in that space is critical.

This is a fast-moving, high-growth business. You need to operate with urgency, stay organized, and consistently prioritize the work that drives deals and margin. While this role is heavily focused on new logo acquisition, you may also inherit a small number of accounts that require development and expansion-not maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New logo acquisition - proactively prospect, penetrate, and close net-new accounts
  • Account development - grow and expand a small set of assigned accounts into meaningful revenue streams
  • Revenue generation - meet and exceed quota with a focus on high-margin staffing business
  • Full sales cycle ownership - from outreach through close, including positioning, negotiation, and execution
  • Account strategy - land new clients and build repeatable, scalable revenue
  • Pipeline management - maintain accurate forecasting, strong activity levels, and clear visibility
  • Speed & execution - move with urgency and drive deals forward
  • Team alignment - partner with recruiting and delivery to win and scale accounts
  • Customer engagement - build relationships across hiring managers, procurement, and leadership


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
  • 7-10+ years of sales experience, with a strong focus in IT staffing
  • Proven success as a hunter, with ability to also develop and grow existing accounts
  • Experience selling into network, infrastructure, or related technical environments
  • Track record of quota attainment and high-margin deal execution
  • Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Operates with urgency, accountability, and focus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying aligned to revenue-driving activity
