Sales Specialist - Collision Repair, 3M Automotive Aftermarket Division (Orlando, FL)


The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Collison Customer Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:


  • Lead sales efforts across all 3M brands/products into the collision repair segment of the US Automotive Aftermarket Division
  • Implement sales programs, plans and policies as agreed upon with direct supervisor
  • Determine priorities, frequencies, and call patterns to be most effective and productive
  • Support St. Paul and regional programs and initiatives
  • Create business plans for end users and solutions to everyday problems.  Track all activities in 3M CRM tool.

Company Vehicle

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

Your Skills and Expertise 

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution with one (1) year sales and/or Automotive Aftermarket industry experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

OR

 

  • High School Diploma/GED (completed and verified prior to start) with two (2) or more years of Sales experience in a private, public, government, or military environment.

AND

  • Current, valid Driver’s License
