Position Summary

In this role, you are responsible for driving sales growth across ISEC's offerings-including laboratory furniture, airflow products, scientific equipment, specialty flooring, and installation services. You will identify new opportunities, engage key stakeholders, and support projects in a variety of markets, including higher education, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotech, commercial/industrial, and government sectors.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, and architects
  • Drive sales across ISEC's core scopes of work: lab furniture, airflow systems, scientific equipment, specialty flooring, and installation services
  • Identify and pursue project opportunities in target markets, including life sciences, higher education, healthcare, and government sectors
  • Network through client meetings, industry events, and affiliations with local construction and real estate organizations
  • Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations aligned with client objectives
  • Communicate effectively throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from business development to estimating and operations teams
  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with client needs and ISEC's business goals
  • Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly, resolving issues, and meeting all client commitments
  • Represent and advocate for ISEC's brand and commitment to a world-class customer experience
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory as needed

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in relevant market sectors such as biotech, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or institutional environments
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals year over year
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Bluebeam, and CRM platforms
  • Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and attention to detail
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
  • Solid understanding of customer service principles and business fundamentals
