Opportunity

We're seeking a Sales Solutions Consultant to serve as a critical bridge between the commercial and cross-functional sides of the business. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Sales, Marketing, Clinical, Product, Analytics, and Operations teams to design and deliver strategic, solutions-oriented materials that clearly communicate how Twin's platform meets the needs of our clients. You'll play a key role in structuring proposals, campaigns, sales collateral, and customized solutions for health plans, employers, brokers, unions, and provider organizations.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Commercial team to develop winning strategies and accelerate enterprise growth
  • Conduct market, prospect, and stakeholder research to inform deal strategy and uncover opportunities
  • Design tailored solution strategies that align Twin's capabilities with prospect priorities
  • Translate complex clinical, product, and operational concepts into compelling executive-level narratives, presentations, and business cases
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve commercial effectiveness
  • Collaborate across Product, Clinical, Operations, and Marketing teams to shape market-facing strategy and messaging
  • Participate in cross-functional planning for pilots, strategic initiatives, and enterprise implementations
  • Drive operational excellence by improving commercial processes, CRM adoption, pipeline visibility, and reporting
  • Maintain a high bar for quality, consistency, and rigor across all deliverables
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in management consulting, sales enablement, sales operations, or sales support in healthcare tech or digital healthStrong understanding of healthcare ecosystems (e.g., payers, employers, providers, EHRs, claims, value-based care)Ability to clearly explain complex technical and clinical concepts to non-technical audiencesExceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with crafting attractive deal specific slides in Google Slides and Powerpoint
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience supporting enterprise sales cycles and navigating RFP processesProficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, Clay, and proposal tools

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $125,000-$140,000 annually. This position is bonus eligible.
