- Create and present compelling demonstrations of proposed solution strategies to key customer stakeholders, applying best practice knowledge and solution expertise to drive validation and buy-in.
- Coordinate with global services teams to transition key customer information, remaining actively involved throughout the process to ensure a seamless and high-quality customer handoff experience.
- Compose thorough internal documentation reflecting all activity related to the solution strategy and deliver well-crafted technical responses for requests for proposals (RFPs).
- Consistently identify and share opportunities to improve internal efficiencies, staying current on best practices, market trends, and solution enhancements through ongoing collaboration with Development teams.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events — representing Hyland's solutions and contributing to the broader sales and technical community.
