We are searching for a high-performing Sales Representative based in Calgary to join our dynamic team to play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding our local customer base, and strengthening our market presence. This individual will act as a true brand ambassador-internally and externally-bringing energy, credibility, and a customer-first mindset to every interaction

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance within your territory by effectively positioning Pendopharm's portfolio and building trusted partnerships across the healthcare ecosystem. You will engage with key stakeholders, deliver value-driven solutions, and identify opportunities to grow adoption. In addition, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team on strategic initiatives and special projects that support broader business objectives.

TERRITORY:Western Canada

(Position based in Calgary. Territory covered:50% Calgary, 25% Kelowna and southeastern British Columbia, 25% Regina and surrounding areas in Saskatchewan).

Clientele
Your clientele consists of Orthopedic Surgeons, Physiatrists, Sport Medicine and all musculoskeletal (MSK) healthcare professionals. You will also have to interact with MSK clinic owners, Hospitals and various patient associations/stakeholders develop partnerships and be accountable of your territory project/budget management.

KEY Responsibilities:

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through rigorous performance tracking, territory analysis, and disciplined execution of strategic action plans.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge and advanced selling skills to effectively influence key decision-makers and drive product adoption across targeted accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders by proactively engaging to understand needs and deliver tailored value-driven solutions.
  • Identify, prioritize, and capitalize on growth opportunities within the territory; develop compelling, data-driven business cases to support strategic initiatives and resource allocation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with marketing to execute impactful campaigns, provide field insights, and optimize portfolio performance.
  • Ensure full compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards, including accurate adverse event reporting and adherence to PAAB guidelines.

ASSETS:

  • Experience in themedical device industry
  • Familiarity with (AB-BC & SK) Sport Med and Orthopedics network
  • Ability todevelop and lead PoA (plan of action) projects
  • Experience in B2B sales


EDUCATION & TRAINING:

  • University degree in commerce, science, or a related field
  • Previous specialty sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • CCPE accreditation is an asset


EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical sales
  • Experience in West (AB-SK-BC); hospital experience is an asset


SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Strong communication, presentation, and account management skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Track record of delivering results aligned with a defined territory business plan
