Honolulu VolkswagenNow Hiring - Experienced Sales Professional
- Estimated Pay: $5,500 to $12,000 (up to 35% commission based on volume)
- Schedule: This is a full-time opportunity. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. To be successful in this role, you will be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as these are peak business periods and important opportunities for maximizing earnings.
What You'll Do- Present vehicle attributes, model options, features, purchase and finance options and store policies and services to customers.
- Ensure proper follow up and maintain friendly relationships with previous and prospective customers.
- Track customers using store specific management system/s.
- Stay informed about new products, features and accessories. Attend product and training courses.
What You'll Bring- We prefer 2+ years of experience in sales.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- Must be customer-focused and committed to providing top tier customer service
- Adept to handle high-volume sales
- Eagerness to grow with us to meet projected sales goals
- Easily navigate dealership and new vehicle technologies
Total RewardsThis is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commissions off Individual Payable Gross and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability.
The average monthly wage range for this position is $5,500 to $12,000.
Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
