What You'll Do- Greet and assist customers in finding the right vehicle for their lifestyle and budget
- Build lasting customer relationships and deliver a high-quality buying experience
- Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
- Follow up with leads, schedule appointments, and manage your sales pipeline
- Work with teammates, sales managers, and finance staff
- Produce results by achieving monthly sales goals.
What You'll Bring- Any prior sales, customer service, or retail experience welcomed
- Communicate with prospective and existing customers.
- Must be driven, eager, and ready to contribute to team success.
- Learn dealership processes, vehicle features, and sales tools to assist customers.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe Monthly Estimated Earnings Range is $4,017.00 - $13,225.00.
This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Commission off Individual Payable Gross, and Bonuses based on Individual Units Sold and Manufacturer Approvability.
Actual pay offered will be based on skills, qualifications, experience, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
