DCH Audi of CalabasasNow Hiring- Sales Representatives- Pay: $48,200.00 - $158,700.00 annually.
- Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off.
- Department Hours: Monday-Saturday: 9am-7:30pm and Sunday: 10am-6:30pm
What You'll Do- Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
- Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
- Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting their features and benefits.
- Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
- Achieve individual sales goals while delivering customer satisfaction.
What You'll Bring- 2+ years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
- Desire to achieve personal and financial goals
- Build relationships and earn customers trust.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
Total RewardsThe annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes commissions off Individual Payable Gross, and bonuses based off Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
