Position Summary

As an In-House Sales Representative, you will meet with current Hilton Grand Vacations owners and resort guests to present vacation ownership opportunities and upgrades. You will build relationships, identify customer needs, and provide personalized vacation solutions while delivering a world-class guest experience. This is an exciting opportunity for driven sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging sales presentations to current owners and resort guests.
  • Explain the benefits of Hilton Grand Vacations ownership products, upgrades, and membership programs.
  • Build rapport and establish trust with prospective buyers and existing owners.
  • Identify client vacation needs and recommend appropriate ownership solutions.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance objectives.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
  • Accurately complete and process sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with marketing, quality assurance, and operations teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs.
