Qualifications

• Sales experience in commercial flooring required; experience with concrete polishing and resinous coatings preferred.
• 2+ years of territory and account development experience.
• Proven qualifying and closing abilities with a track record of sales success.
• Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong time and territory management skills with eagerness to pursue new accounts.
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) required.

Responsibilities

• Develop accounts and territories through follow-ups, cold calls, and targeted marketing.
• Conduct site inspections, deliver proposals, and present material demonstrations to clients.
• Craft accurate proposals based on customer information.
• Engage in business development meetings and strategies to drive growth.
• Travel overnight as necessary for account management and development.
• Motivate and strive to expand regional sales effectively.
