Sales Representative

Full-Time (W-2) | Outside Sales | 100% Commission | Colorado Springs, CO & Surrounding Areas

About the Role

As a Sales Representative, you'll generate sales and profit through professional in-home consultations using our 10-Step Sales Process, guiding homeowners through a structured decision-making process. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discipline, motivation, and coachability. Sales conversations are recorded for coaching, and you'll continuously develop your skills through training and performance feedback.

Requirements
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with heights and inspecting a roof
• Reliable personal transportation suitable for field travel
• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• 6-year clean background check preferred

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough exterior, roof, gutter, and ventilation inspections using company processes and digital documentation tools.
• Present customised solutions, material options, warranties, and financing using our digital presentation apps.
• Execute our 10-Step Sales Process to educate homeowners and close deals.
• Build local B2B relationships, generate customer referrals, and secure 5-star reviews.
• Manage customer interactions in our CRM system and record client conversations for continuous sales coaching.

What We're Looking For
No prior experience? No problem! We hire for personality, drive, and coachability first. We strongly encourage applicants with backgrounds in hospitality, retail, fitness/gym management, or military/first responder service to apply.

Schedule & Flexibility
This is a flexible, field-based outside sales role. While weekday availability is expected, you maintain control over your schedule and weekend availability.Compensation
