RoleWe are looking for a Sales Program Manager to join our team. This is a Remote role, reporting to the Sr. Director of GTM Strategy & Communications in the Global Sales department.
In this role, you will help shape and deliver targeted sales programs that accelerate revenue, improve sales productivity, and advance key go-to-market priorities. You will partner closely with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to turn strategy into action-driving alignment, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes. What you'll do (Role Expectations)- Design, launch, and manage targeted sales programs aligned to Global Sales priorities by translating business objectives into actionable plans with clear milestones, owners, timelines, and success metrics
- Partner with sales leaders to identify and prioritize initiatives that accelerate revenue growth, improve sales productivity, and enhance executional excellence, including identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce friction, and improve the efficiency of sales motions and strategic initiatives
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, P&C, Customer Success, and Enablement to drive alignment, visibility, and successful program delivery
- Measure program performance against KPIs, use data-driven insights to optimize impact, and support adoption of new priorities and ways of working through effective change management and stakeholder engagement

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)- Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging, securing, or positioning AI-driven solutions to optimize outcomes within your functional domain
- 5+ years of experience in sales programs, GTM strategy, business operations, sales enablement, or related roles within SaaS or the technology industry
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and building strong partnerships across teams to drive business outcomes, revenue acceleration, and operational improvement
- Strong program and project management skills, with experience translating strategic priorities into scalable programs with measurable outcomes
- Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence, align, and build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization
- Outcome-oriented, analytical, and adaptable, with a strong bias for action and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and matrixed environment
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)- Experience implementing AI-powered sales enablement tools or leveraging predictive AI analytics to optimize program workflows and GTM strategy execution productivity
- Familiarity with GTM planning, sales process optimization, and change management in large, complex sales organizations
- Strong executive presence, with the ability to work effectively with senior sales leaders and navigate evolving environments with a high degree of ownership and adaptability

Base Pay Range
$150,500-$215,000 USD
