Job Summary:
The Sales professional handles sales and operation activities for products, maintaining daily communication with customers and HQ regarding operations issues and program management. This job covers all sales support activities including sales operations and planning. This job requires regular communication with the customer and LG Display HQ regarding daily operations.
Responsibility:
• Make purchase orders and finalize sales process to the customers by direct communication among HQ, logistics, Accounting and customers
• Communicate with HQ for any pending issue of production delay and inform the customers
• Report the daily/weekly/monthly sales recap to the management
• Send sales forecast report to customers after updating month-end closing
• Weekly manage inventory plan with customer support team
• Search customer news and share with company
• Communicate with customers regarding demand/input plan
• Identify monthly FATP plan, special agenda and competitors
• Manage and update price of the products and samples & keep the records of previous prices for each model
• Maintain & keep track of the sales data in various forms
• Update shipping report/receipt logs daily/weekly for all models and monitor customer's updates
• Manage and ensure month-end closing procedures in order to reach the sales goal
• Obtain forwarder's tracking reports and proof of delivery (knowledge of delivery terms is a plus)
• Co-work with HQ Sales (CS Process) team with shipment release schedule and report internally/externally
• Co-work with Logistics team with forwarder's delivery and custom clearance status
• Co-work with Accounting team with customer's general payment processes
• Searching for market trend and information related with customer and customer's products in charge of
• Comply with the company's policy and procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned
Expected base salary: $55,000~ $130,000 ( the salary offered will depend on several factors, including years of experience, level, education, training, and comparison to other employees already in this role)
Requirements
• Sales operation experience preferred ( all levels are welcome)
• Bachelor`s degree in Business, or related field
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred
• Authorized to work for any U.S. employer
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Well organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Travel required: 5%
