Full Job Description
We are now looking for a Solva Sales Process Owner to own and continuously improve the end-to-end Solva process. In this role, you will establish repeatable, scalable and measurable ways of working, align stakeholders across functions, and strengthen process governance, adoption and continuous improvement across relevant teams and regions.

Job Summary:
As Solva Sales Process Owner, you will own, document and continuously improve the end-to-end Solva process, ensuring clear process flows, roles, responsibilities, terminology and minimum data-quality standards across the full sales funnel. You will identify bottlenecks, lead root-cause analysis and improvement initiatives, and coordinate with Sales, Business Marketing and Communications, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to align shared requirements, ownership and governance.

You will drive adoption of Solva processes within CRM and relevant project management tools, develop practical playbooks, templates and training materials, and maintain measurement frameworks for KPIs, OKRs and ROI. This individual-contributor role sits within the Sales Process team under Sales Operations and reports into the Sales Process Manager.

This location for this role is flexible in the US

Key responsibilities of the role:

End-to-end process ownership
  • Own, document and continuously improve the end-to-end Solva process, including process flows, roles, responsibilities and best practices in Seco Management 2.0/ARIS.
  • Maintain standardized workflows across the full sales funnel, supported by common terminology, definitions and minimum data-quality standards.

Continuous improvement and governance
  • Identify process bottlenecks, conduct root-cause analysis and lead improvement initiatives that simplify and streamline ways of working.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Business Marketing and Communications, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance to align shared processes, requirements, ownership and governance.

Digital process adoption
  • Drive adoption of Solva processes within CRM and relevant project management tools, including Smartsheet.
  • Promote consistent data capture and adherence to agreed process and policy standards.

Enablement and change management
  • Develop Sales Playbook content, templates, training materials and practical process guidance for Solva and Sales teams.
  • Support process adoption through clear communication, enablement and training.

Performance measurement
  • Develop and maintain measurement frameworks, track KPIs, OKRs and ROI, and support accurate and transparent reporting.
  • Use performance insights to identify improvement priorities and reinforce compliance with agreed standards.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Sales, Operations, Engineering, Process Management or a related field.
  • Experience owning or managing end-to-end business or sales processes and documenting workflows, roles and responsibilities.
  • Experience working with CRM systems, sales-process adoption and relevant project management tools.
  • Experience leading or supporting continuous-improvement initiatives and collaborating across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance or similar functions.
  • Experience developing playbooks, training materials or process guidance, and tracking KPIs, OKRs or other performance measures.
  • Formal training or certification in Lean, Six Sigma, business process management or change management is desirable.
