Position Purpose/Summary:
Inside Sales Leader with responsibility to facilitate an atmosphere of cooperation, accountability and empowerment.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties

In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:
  • Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
  • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
  • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.
  • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.
  • Follow company safety policies and procedures.

Material responsibilities and essentials duties which must be completed in achieving the objectives of the Operations Supervisor Position:
  • Insures that the Inside Sales team is pro-active and productively engaged in selling activities.
  • Provides and insures customer satisfaction through timely quotes, bids and follow-up.
  • Assists in recruitment, interviewing and hiring Inside Sales and Warehouse employees.
  • Trains, coaches, and leads staff.
  • With direction from Regional Manager, Director of Sales Operations, and Human Resources counsels and implements discipline
  • Liaison for Outside Sales, Regional Manager and customers.
  • Reviews the daily edit and remits information to corporate offices.
  • Supports and facilitates implementation of sales and marketing plan.
  • Upholds and promotes Ryan Herco Flow Solutions image of professionalism and service at all times.
  • Adheres to company policies and procedures and holds staff accountable.
  • Leads by example.
  • Holds Inside Sales team members accountable to achieving sales and marketing objectives.
  • Performs additional duties as requested

Requirements:
  • Bachelors Degree Preferred
  • 3 years Inside Sales/Customer Service Experience
  • Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus
  • PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Mechanical/Technical aptitude
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication
  • Excellent customer service skills. Interacts effectively and works productively with a wide range of people
  • Solid interpersonal skills, able to maintain cooperative working relationship with all levels of personnel
  • Reliable and effective communicator
