Wolfe LLC is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to elevate how our sales organization works every day. Reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will guide the processes, insights, and tools that support our B2B sales teams & consumer marketing segments as we serve customers and drive growth.
In this role, you'll lead the sales systems, analytics, and support functions that keep our revenue engine running smoothly. You'll shape how we use our CRM (HubSpot), how we streamline the workflows that make selling easier and more effective, and the technical execution of the email marketing programs that reach our customers (deliverability, segmentation, automation, & ROI).

This is a collaborative, hands-on role where you will work with our sales & marketing teams to influence how the company operates, champion better practices, and support team members who specialize in CRM administration, reporting, and sales support. This is a 5-day onsite role based in Pittsburgh, PA.
Responsibilities- Govern HubSpot CRM including data quality, automation, pipeline hygiene rules, and system improvements across our B2B sales channels.
- Coordination with our marketing team to manage our email marketing campaigns through our CRM to ensure optimal performance.
- Lead forecasting and executive dashboards that support weekly and monthly decision making across the sales organization.
- Oversee sales support functions including order processing, data improvements, documentation control, and intake of SLAs.
- Manage the Sales Operations intake workflow to prioritize requests, track execution, and remove blockers quickly.
- Ensure our lead flow intake into our CRM is operating efficiently
- Coordinate with our A.I. team to automate sales operations tasks & client/prospect communication where possible.
Impact Statement: For more clarity on the role, below are the success metrics and measurements for this role in the first 90 to 120 days.:
- Own the bottom of funnel email marketing functions (sending, deliverability, and customer segmentation) in coordination with the marketing team who will handle all content creation.
- Define a new SOP establishing the Source of Truth for where different data is governed across our CRM and internal systems.
- Implement real-time, in-CRM guidance that prompts sales reps through correct next steps, reducing reliance on manual documentation and CRM-related support tickets.
Qualifications- 5 plus years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Analytics, including experience coaching or supervising others.
- Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM administration, forecasting, revenue analytics, and BI dashboards.
- 3 plus years of experience with email marketing primarily on the technical & delivery side.
- Demonstrated ability to improve sales processes, enforce data hygiene, and manage cross functional workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data to senior leadership and influence adoption of new processes.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant certification in analytics, RevOps, or operations preferred.
