Scope of Role

This combined Sales Operations Manager and Business Systems Analyst role is an individual contributor responsible for optimizing and supporting the company’s Go-To-Market (GTM) processes. You will collaborate with Sales, Enablement, Product, Services, Finance, and other stakeholders to define system requirements, enhance workflows, and deliver actionable insights to support strategic priorities. You will work closely with the GTM Systems team to create JIRA tickets, review solution designs, test across sandbox environments, and support post-deployment hyper care.
