Full Job Description
Employer: Amazon Development Center U.S., Inc.

Position: Sales Operations II - AMZ26030.4

Location: Mountain View, CA

Multiple Positions Available:

Support the day-to-day administration of sales compensation including:

Validates data; quantifies impact through data analysis and communicates

proposed resolutions and timelines to leadership.

Identify operational risks and engage necessary stakeholders to frame issues

and the desired end states.

Communicate effectively with technical teams on root causes of issues and

business requirements.

User acceptance testing (UAT) for process and system updates.

Assist with the distribution of incentive compensation plans, including plan

set up, quota shifts, revenue adjustments, etc.

Ensure all compensation methodologies, policies, procedures and

governance are followed.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, Tax, and Legal to ensure

all compensation methodologies, policies, and procedures are maintained in

production.

Support the global quarterly commission payout process including manual

compensation adjustments, calculations and approval process.

Create mechanisms to help improve efficiency of processes.

(40 hours / week, 8:00am-5:00pm, Salary Range $100709 - $169500)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related field and five years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience.

Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s):

(1) experience with sales CRM tools including Salesforce or a similar software;

(2) experience in defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies;

(3) experience with sales compensation; and

(4) experience with sales ICM tools including Varicent, Xactly, or a similar software

(5) experience with Excel, Quick Suite (dashboarding) & SQL skills.

The pay range for this position in Mountain View, CA is $100709 - $169500 (yr); however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
