Paragonix Technologies markets organ transportation devices that safeguard organs during the journey between donor and recipient patients. Our devices incorporate clinically proven and medically trusted hypothermic preservation techniques in a novel suspension system to provide unprecedented physical and thermal protection. Our product portfolio spans cardiac, thoracic, and abdominal preservation devices to improve donor organ quality and extend donor organ transport time. Paragonix also markets transplant procurement services to the transplant community.

Job Overview

Paragonix is seeking a data-driven and self-motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our Finance team. This key role will help to support the growth and efficiency of our Commercial and Financial functions.

The core responsibilities will include managing day-to-day sales order processing, creating invoices, and ensuring data accuracy and completeness in our ERP and CRM systems. This role will also play a vital part in identifying and implementing process improvements, working closely with the Director of Sales Operations and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives to completion.

The ideal candidate for this role is customer-service focused, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment. This role offers a great opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on management experience.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties
  • Responsible for executing the global order-to-cash process, including creating quotes and sales orders for internal and external customers, creating invoices or credit memos, and following up on overdue invoices.
  • Work closely with 3PL partners to ensure accurate and timely shipments of orders.
  • Assist in managing HubSpot CRM data accuracy.
  • Analyze and enhance current Sales Operations workflows to improve productivity.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, market trends, and other revenue metrics.
  • Provide timely data and analysis to sales reps and commercial leadership as requested.
  • Assist Director of Sales Operations in preparing the monthly commission payouts
  • Assist Finance in month-end closing activities such as sales reconciliations and accruals.
  • Other responsibilities and duties upon request


Required Knowledge & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
  • 4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics or similar roles
  • Working knowledge of accounting principles
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • NetSuite experience is a plus
  • HubSpot experience is a plus


Other Requirements:
  • This role is a hybrid position with expectations to be in the Waltham, MA headquarters 3 days per week
  • Demonstrated ability of working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization that requires quick response to changing needs.

US BASED SALARY - The minimum base salary for this position is $93,000 and the maximum salary is $120,000 plus 5% in annual bonus
