General Summary:The Sales Operations Analyst, Senior will lead the execution and implementation of Qualcomm's Enterprise Compute Enablement roadmap as an Agile Product Owner, translating business priorities into scalable processes, business requirements, system capabilities, and measurable operational outcomes.
The role will partner across Sales Operations, Enterprise and GTM Sales, Consumer and Commercial Channel teams, Finance, Operations, IT, and Field Application Engineers to deliver capabilities supporting pipeline management, forecasting, Channel partner onboarding and budget management, partner incentives, claims management, reporting, and business operations. The immediate focus is Enterprise Compute, with potential to support other Strategic Emerging Initiatives as the business needs evolve.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead execution and implementation of Qualcomm's Enterprise Compute Enablement roadmap as an Agile Product Owner.
- Translate Enterprise Compute business priorities into clearly defined processes, functional requirements, JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
- Manage Agile backlog prioritization, dependencies, risks, testing, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across Sales Operations, Enterprise and GTM Sales, Consumer and Commercial Channel teams, Finance, Operations, IT, and Field Application Engineers to align requirements and coordinate delivery.
- Lead business process and system enhancements supporting pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and business operations.
- Support Channel and OEM partner forecasting, Channel partner onboarding and budget management, partner incentives, claims management, and related governance and controls.
- Manage Enterprise Compute capabilities across Salesforce, Valorx, Tableau, Power BI, partner incentive applications, and related platforms.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholder enablement, leading training, change management, and adoption while managing user feedback, acceptance testing, and business alignment of solution design.
- Develop dashboards, scorecards, operational KPIs, and reporting that support leadership planning and decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through AI and automation while improving data quality, process governance, and operational scalability.
This is an office based position located in San Diego, CA and is expected to comply with the company's onsite work policy. This is a U.S. based position and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
OR
High School Diploma or equivalent and 7+ years of Sales Operations or related work experience.
*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Operations, Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Agile Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Program Management, Business Systems, or a related function.
- Experience translating business priorities into processes, functional requirements, JIRA user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation plans.
- Experience independently managing cross-functional stakeholders and partnering through solution design, testing, implementation, training, change management, and adoption.
- Experience supporting CRM, pipeline, forecasting, reporting, partner programs, or business operations, with strong analytical, communication, and execution skills.
- Experience supporting Enterprise and GTM Sales, Consumer and Commercial Channel teams, OEMs, Channel partner programs, or related sales organizations.
- Experience with Salesforce, Valorx, Tableau, Power BI, partner incentive applications, comparable business platforms, and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or other large language models.
- Experience with pipeline management, Channel and OEM forecasting, partner onboarding and budget management, partner incentives, claims management, dashboards, scorecards, and operational KPIs.
- Agile Product Owner certification or comparable roadmap, backlog, requirements, and stakeholder-management experience, including JIRA backlog management.
Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $89,700.00 - $134,500.00
