Your Background:
- Undergraduate degree required.
- 3+ years of experience at an ad agency, publisher, ad network, ad exchange, ad server, DSP, or
- other online advertising roles A MUST -- omnichannel advertising a plus.
- Established relationships with advertising agencies or brands
- Self-starter - ability to self-motivate and establish new business.
- Exceptional organization, presentation and communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to deal with change and be a team-player.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, client success, operations, and product
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and presentations
- Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners across key verticals.
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through solution development, negotiation, and close.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline while consistently exceeding revenue, activity, and new business targets.
- Analyze campaign performance and leverage insights to support renewals, optimization strategies, and account growth.
- Maintain accurate forecasting in Salesforce, pipeline management, and CRM hygiene to support predictable revenue outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
- Build credibility through consultative selling, strategic thinking, and expertise in omnichannel media planning and execution.
- Foster long-term partnerships by delivering value beyond campaigns and helping clients achieve broader business objectives.
