Full Job Description
The Group Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by selling guest rooms, meeting spaces, and hotel services to corporate, group, leisure, and event clients. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with internal teams to maximize occupancy and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase room revenue, group bookings, and event sales
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new corporate, group, and leisure accounts
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through regular communication and site visits
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, rates, and proposals in line with hotel policies
  • Conduct hotel tours for prospective clients and evendt planners
  • Collaborate with marketing, revenue management, and operations teams to align sales efforts
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and reports using CRM and PMS systems
