• Hire and motivate New & Used team and Internet Sales team
• Conduct sales training meetings regularly
• Mentor sales reps on performance best practices
• Develop and monitor CRM system for follow-ups
• Establish and oversee delivery procedures
• Ensure service department introductions upon delivery
• Forecast monthly and annual sales goals and expenses
