You will drive sales goals for our home service and replacement business.
Key Sub Tasks
- Work closely with the General Manager to achieve sales goals.
- Coach, motivate and train the sales team to exceed team goals.
- Provide training for techs on providing the 5-Star Experience for our customers.
- Communicate and align with other departments and functions.
- Mentor and develop the inside sales team to ensure appropriate sales metrics.
- Training sales and technicians as necessary.
- Follow through on pending sales, invoicing, and financing.
- Handle customer concerns as needed due to lack of value.
