Pay Range: $131,940.00 – $175,913.32
What You'll Be Doing
- Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners
- Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
What Are We Looking For
- 8+ years of leadership experience in high-performance environments
- Construction materials experience (i.e., ready mix concrete, aggregates and/or cement)
- Strong ability to develop and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results
- Demonstrated capability to build trust and influence effectively with customers and stakeholders
- Solid business acumen with a focus on profitability, pricing, and market positioning
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proven ability to adapt in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Work Environment
This role operates in a combination of office, field, and customer-facing environments. Regular travel within the assigned region is expected to support customer relationships and business growth initiatives.
