Full Job Description
As Sales Manager in New York City, you'll be our first sales leadership presence on the East Coast, setting the culture, carrying the vision, and building our NYC hub from the ground up. Your team will include 6-8 AEs operating at the center of Gamma's product-led growth engine.

This is a ground-floor opportunity to build Gamma's East Coast presence. You won't inherit a finished machine; you'll create repeatable processes, set the bar for how Gamma shows up in every customer interaction, and scale the team without losing quality.

Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4-5 days per week in New York City. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What You'll Do
  • Coach, develop, and hold accountable a team of AEs across enterprise and commercial segments, running pipeline reviews, deal strategy sessions, and 1:1s that move the needle
  • Build repeatable sales processes from the ground up, including qualification frameworks, forecasting cadences, and deal progression criteria that let the team scale cleanly
  • Own your team's number, forecasting with precision, managing pipeline health, and ensuring every rep has a clear path to quota
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Ops to translate field signals into company-wide action
  • Recruit and close top-tier AE talent as the team grows, keeping the bar high
  • Be the senior sales voice in NYC, setting the standard for how Gamma shows up in every customer interaction and shaping the culture of our East Coast office

  • Experience managing both enterprise and commercial sales motions, with the ability to coach across different ACVs and selling cycles
  • A builder mindset. You've stood up processes, not just inherited them, and you know what good looks like at scale because you've built it before
  • Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain top talent. Your former reps would follow you to the next company
  • Strong forecasting discipline and a data-informed approach to pipeline management, paired with deep comfort in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Mastery of modern sales tooling and a strong appetite for implementing AI-powered workflows

  • Experience in PLG or product-led environments where sales partners closely with product and growth teams
