We're looking for an experienced, motivated
Sales Manager to lead our
Hyundai & Genesis sales team and elevate the guest experience at our luxury dealership.
Core Responsibilities - Lead, mentor, and coach a team of Sales Consultants to consistently exceed performance targets
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience aligned with Genesis brand standards
- Oversee daily sales operations, desking deals, and managing the sales process from start to finish
- Collaborate closely with F&I and Service to ensure a seamless customer journey
- Track team metrics, maintain inventory knowledge, and implement sales strategies to grow volume
- Recruit and develop top-tier talent for the sales department
Basic Requirements- Previous experience as a Sales Manager
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and hold a team accountable
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
- Excellent communication, customer service, and closing abilities
- Knowledge of CRM tools and modern digital retailing processes
