What you'll do
  • Hire, lead, and mentor a team of mid-market Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance and growth
  • Own and guide the full sales cycle across the team, from targeted prospecting to negotiating and closing deals
  • Develop and refine strategic outreach and pipeline management tactics tailored to mid-market customers
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers, ensuring long-term engagement and expansion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Success, to align strategies and deliver value
  • Establish playbooks, performance metrics, and best practices to ensure consistent quota attainment and team success

This is an on-site role based in our Union Square, NYC office, designed for builders who thrive on speed, iteration, and meaningful impact.

For this role, the expected base salary range is $160,000 to $190,000 before commission. Profound's total compensation package is designed to be competitive and includes base salary, equity, and a full range of benefits and perks. Final compensation will depend on factors such as your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, and will be determined during the interview process.
