Allweather Wood is looking for a Sales Manager to lead our Sales team in for our NW Region (Washougal and Coos Bay)! This is an exempt position, the base salary for this position is $100,000.00 to $130,000.00. Your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education and/or experience. Please keep in mind that that the range published is the full base salary. We also offer a generous benefits package.
This position is onsite and requires regular, physical attendance. Successful candidates must be able to work in person, interact directly with co-workers and team members, and fully participate in collaborative, in-office activities. Remote or hybrid work is not available for this role.
Responsibilities
The primary focus for the Sales Manager is to lead the regional sales team to effectively and profitably maintain and grow Allweather Wood and Humboldt Redwood’s market share for treated and redwood products. This key leadership position will be accountable for setting product pricing; determining goals and metrics; helping to manage aged inventory; motivating the inside and outside sales teams; assisting in the resolution of customer issues, including accounts receivable; and coaching and developing the sales team to maximize sales effectiveness. Assists in the analysis and development of customer programs and contracts and ensures all contracts are implemented and adhered to by both AWW/HRC and the customer.
