Sales Manager to lead our in-home sales team in the Seattle market. This role is designed for a proven sales leader who understands how to drive revenue, develop talent, and deliver predictable results in a high-volume, lead-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities- Lead, coach, and manage a team of In-Home Sales Representatives to meet and exceed revenue goals
- Review and manage appointments scheduled by the Inside Sales Team to ensure quality and conversion potential
- Assist sales representatives in the field with live calls, objection handling, and closing support
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and take corrective action when needed
- Handle and close cancel-save appointments to protect revenue
- Work with the rehash manager to re-engage missed opportunities and improve close rates
- Lead structured sales meetings and training sessions focused on performance improvement
- Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards aligned with company objectives
Qualifications- Prior successful home improvement sales experience, preferably within a One-Day Bath or One-Day Remodel model
- 2+ years of sales management experience with a track record of consistent results
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a performance-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze sales data and manage by the numbers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency with iPad-based presentations and electronic contracting systems
