ScheduleThis is a
full-time, in-office position based in
Corona, CA, with occasional travel within the
Inland Empire region (Riverside and San Bernardino counties). Availability on evenings and weekends may be required based on business needs.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to exceed performance goals
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Partner with talent acquisition to recruit and onboard top sales talent
- Training & Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions, ride-alongs, and performance reviews to ensure skill development
- Performance Management: Track KPIs, provide coaching, and implement strategies to maximize individual and team results
- Reporting & Forecasting: Deliver accurate sales forecasting and pipeline reports to leadership
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing, operations, and production teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an excellent customer experience
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications- Experience: 3-5 years of sales management experience (home improvement, retail, or high-volume consumer sales preferred)
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable
- Analytical Ability: Strong data orientation with experience managing performance metrics and KPIs
- Communication: Clear, confident communicator who can inspire trust and align diverse teams
- Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM platforms, reporting dashboards, and sales tech tools
- Local Knowledge: Familiarity with the Inland Empire region is a plus
- Licensing: Must maintain any sales licenses required by California state law
