We9re seeking top-performing sales pros ready to level up. Our Sales Manager in Training role is a 2-quarter track to master our system, prove your results, and step into leadership in a high-growth environment.
2-Quarter Management Track
Quarter 1: Sales Foundation

Earn the right to lead by becoming a top producer and mastering our proven sales process.

Responsibilities:
  • Master our in-home sales system
  • Sell windows, roofing, siding, gutters, and doors
  • Lead by example and set the standard for performance and culture
  • Demonstrate consistent accountability, professionalism, and work ethic
  • Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks
Quarter 2: Leadership & Mentorship

Transition from top performer to team leader by developing and coaching others.

Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and develop new sales representatives through ride-alongs and coaching
  • Lead team huddles, trainings, and sales meetings
  • Drive team culture, accountability, and performance
  • Assist in onboarding and developing future top producers
  • Meet all Key Performance Bench Marks

  • Uncapped Earnings Potential: $150,000-$300,000+ OTE
