Description

This isn't a quota and a territory. It's a chance to be the person who leads the sales of a home interior brand as it scales.

Neatly designs and installs custom organization systems for residential and commercial spaces across the DC metro market - closets, pantries, mudrooms, garages, home offices, and beyond. We're looking for a Sales Manager who wants to own the market, prove the model, and build a team around that success.

The right person in this seat has a direct path to brand leadership as a General Manager within an organization that is actively growing.

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation

• Comfortable working within a defined product system
• Walks into a space and immediately sees the opportunity
• Wants to build something, not just work within something
