Position: Sales Manager

Hybrid Schedule: Helen of Troy associates enjoy the advantages and flexibility of a hybrid working model, allowing for in office 3 days minimum, and 2 days remote. Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.
What you will be doing:Drive revenue growth and market expansion within corporate and customization sales channels by developing strategic distributors and customer relationships. Lead execution of sales strategy, planning, and goal attainment while building a strong pipeline of direct corporate opportunities. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and support scalable growth.
- Develop and execute customer specific sales strategies aligned with VP/SR director objectives.
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solution offerings.
- Maintain strong relationships with key distributors and corporate accounts.
- Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities within accounts.
- Meeting and exceeding customers FY Gross Sales, Market Share, POS Growth and Distribution goals.
- Build a pipeline of direct corporate customers with a predictable stream of demand and revenue.
- Leverage BU resources to gather insights and support solutions related to customer hurdles and new product launches.
- Setting measurable goals and objectives to track customer specific strategies defined by the VP of Sales / Sr Director of Sales.
Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's Degree.
- 4 + years' experience in Promotional Product Industry.
- Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
