Qualifications

• Proven success in auto retail sales environments
• Strong leadership skills for mentoring and training
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Passionate about team training and collaborative work
• Enthusiastic demeanor with a high-energy approach
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Technology-savvy with experience in sales tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• High School diploma or equivalent required

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers to foster positive relationships and enhance satisfaction
• Build trust to develop a strong network of prospective clients
• Provide training and support to the sales team while assisting in deal closure
• Conduct regular sales training sessions for team development and growth
• Set and communicate clear sales vision and performance goals to inspire the team
• Motivate staff to achieve performance expectations and adhere to best practices
• Oversee daily operations to drive business success
• Lead negotiations, clarifying vehicle purchase options and pricing for customers
• Collaborate with the General Manager to effectively manage vehicle inventory
• Monitor controllable expenses for the New and Used Vehicle Departments
• Analyze performance metrics to identify shortfalls and implement corrective action plans
