Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and provide ongoing training to a team of sales representatives to enhance their skills and performance.
* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company sales targets and objectives.
* Analyse sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
* Oversee the sales pipeline, manage forecasts, and provide detailed and accurate sales reports to senior management.
* Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned.
* Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales staff.
* Set sales quotas, create performance plans, and conduct regular performance reviews for the sales team.
Qualifications
* Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role.
* A demonstrable track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong business sense and experience in the technology or financial services industry is highly desirable.
* Ability to motivate and guide a team towards a common goal.
* Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Benefits
* Salary: $72,500 - $127,000 USD per annum, commensurate with experience.
